Forrest is a first year boxer and absolutely loves the sport!! Being only 9 years old, he really enjoys combat sports as they help keep him in shape.
Forrest comes to the club to train two days a week and is always there ready to to take on what ever we have planned for the day, he never gives up and always gives 100%.
He chose the New Waterford Club because he thinks it's the best club in Nova Scotia, and a bit because his friends are there. He would tell people to join boxing because "it's an awesome workout and super fun"
Besides boxing, Forrest enjoys playing basketball, or any sport really and he likes to hang out with his friends.
Forrest keep up the great work, we know we will see you in the ring in the new year!!
